Lodging & Travel

Casa Mar is our Holly Haven II.

Aloha Kai is next door.

Lodging

Casa Mar and neighboring Aloha Kai are two beachfront properties on Siesta Key where we can all stay together as a large group right at the beach!

Amenities include heated pools, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, basketball, beach volleyball, grills, picnic areas, beach chairs, canopies, laundry, and a clubhouse at Casa Mar that will serve as our “Holly Haven II.”

Casa Mar offers units within one-story condo buildings and has a great layout for easy togetherness.

Aloha Kai offers individual villas, like small cottages, for those who enjoy a little extra space and privacy and are ok with walking next door for all events at Casa Mar.

Scroll below to see the property maps and layouts. The building labeled “Office” in the Casa Mar map will serve as our “Holly Haven II” meeting point.

Both properties have a limited number of units pre-approved for our dates and ready to book!

Shelly Manzano is our Klaus Family Reunion lodging contact and is happy to assist with bookings and questions.

How to Book:

Normally, there is a one-week minimum, but these units have been pre-approved for 3-night and 4-night rentals.

  • For 3+ nights, click here for available units, rates, and links to photos: Lodging Google Doc. These units can be booked by contacting Shelly at (941) 544-2633.

  • For 4+ nights, additional options are available at: Aloha Kai. Please contact Allison Anderson at (941) 334-1127 for rates and booking. These villas have a strict 4-night minimum.

None of these units are being held or blocked off from the general public, so we strongly encourage booking as soon as possible.

We understand this booking process is a bit different, and we appreciate your patience.

If Casa Mar or Aloha Kai are outside your budget or don’t quite fit your needs, feel free to explore nearby lodging options.

Travel

There are several ways to get here by air. We recommend checking SRQ first for convenience, but TPA often has more direct flight options.

  • Sarasota-Bradenton International (SRQ): Just 25 minutes from the island. It’s a small, stress-free airport and the closest option

  • Tampa International (TPA): About 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Usually offers the most flight variety and lower fares

  • Other Options: St. Pete-Clearwater (PIE) and Punta Gorda (PGD) are both about an hour away and are great if you fly Allegiant
